The cross trainer includes reverse motion. 16 levels of magnetic resistance, provides you with a wide range of workout options. You can find the level to suit you, whether you happen to a beginner or advanced trainer. The Andes 6 comes with 12 preset programmes, including 3 user programmes (design your own) and 2 heart rate control programmes. This cross trainer also has 7 computer functions and an LCD monitor to check your progress. A USB interface allows you to link up with your PC to upgrade programmes and measure your progress on your PC. Hand pulse grip sensors with a polar chip receiver send back information to the cross trainers computer to give you feedback for future exercise sessions. When you have finished, you can fold it up with a unique ''One-Step'' folding mechanism for easy storage and maximum living space.
